1. General Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of this website following any changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Dalian provides its service, subject to the following Terms and Agreements which may be updated at any time by our representatives. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the website and the content, information and services provided on or through the website. They exempt Dalian and other persons from liability or limit their liability and contain other important provisions that you should read.

2. Registration Obligations

In consideration of use of the Service, Client agrees to the best of their abilities to:

• Be at least 18 years old and act as an individual.
• Provide current and complete information.
• Maintain and update their registration data to keep it current and complete.
• Realize risks involved in investing.
• Not create multiple accounts under one computer and one IP address.
• Not create of multiple accounts under proxies or VPN servers.
• Not use identical payment processor accounts for both deposits and withdrawals of more than 1 user account.
• Not create wrong speculations and accusations toward our company.
• Not complaint publicly about certain account issues without first consulting our support team.

We reserve the right to limit a withdrawal on a per account basis. For reasons we deem necessary to uphold the quality of our company and its services.

3. Account, Password and Security

Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under such password and account. Client agrees to:

• Immediately notify Dalian or its representatives of any unauthorized use of the their password and account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that they log out from their account at the end of each session. Dalian and its representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from client's failure to comply with this Section.

4. Description of the Platform

Dalian provides secure investment computing systems for the purpose of investment. The central data hub of the Company is where all the servers are located that power the platform.

The Company gives Buyers the opportunity to invest in diversified digital asset portfolio under the direction of Dalian’s investment team. Based on the Client’s use of the platform, all income and capital will be assessed and given.

5. Terms of Resource Reservation

To generate capital within the Dalian platform, Clients must have an “Active” account—meaning there is no less than 0.001 BTC in the Client’s account.

To deposit funds to their account, Clients can use Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Dogecoin, PerfectMoney and Payeer payment systems.

Buyer capital is based on the aggregate account balance of the Buyer, in addition to all relevant times of purchase. The Company’s Calculator page will be used for compound interest earnings.

The same payment system used to acquire funds will be used by the Buyer for withdrawals.

All withdrawals from Dalian are done instantly or within 24 hours as soon as the Client requests a withdrawal.

6. Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") displayed on this site and/or on e-mails sent to you are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Dalian licensors. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on this site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge that Dalian owns all branding, graphics and software contained within this site.

By using our services You state that You agree to abide by all applicable intellectual property laws. You will not attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product through use of or access to Dalian, and You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to Dalian except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Dalian provides approved material for marketing and use of the affiliate program.

7. Force Majeure Circumstances

Dalian reserves the right to suspend their services if at any time the Company's operations become affected by technological disasters, world economic crisis, earthquake, wars, revolution, epidemics and strikes.
